Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Bank Holidays or sale events. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
Returns Policy
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all UK orders within 30 days of receipt. Simply use the returns label included with your parcel.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery or personalised items.
Refund Timescale
Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 3–5 working days. Your refund will appear in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.
